Hello! I’m Kristin, the owner of KD Vocational Services LLC.

My career path has taken a few unexpected turns, which is one reason I understand how challenging it can be to figure out what comes next.

I began my career as an educator and later stepped away from the workforce for ten years to raise my children. When I was ready to return, I found myself facing a familiar question: What do I want to do now?

That question led me to graduate school in rehabilitation counseling and, eventually, to a new career. After graduating, I faced another challenge: transitioning into a new career and establishing myself in a new professional field. I went on to work as a vocational rehabilitation counselor, manage a private vocational rehabilitation firm, and ultimately start KD Vocational Services LLC in 2015.

Today, I focus on career coaching and interview coaching. I work one-on-one with clients who are considering a career change, trying to clarify their next step, returning to work, or preparing for an important interview.

I understand what it feels like to stand at a career crossroads without a clear answer. My goal is to provide practical guidance, thoughtful strategy, and individualized coaching so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
